By accessing and using Mainstage's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform for purchasing tone packs, downloading rigs, or any other purpose.

To purchase tone packs, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use Mainstage only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.

All tone pack sales are final. Licenses cannot be exchanged, refunded, or cancelled once purchased, except as required by law or in the case of billing errors. Pack prices may include service fees and applicable taxes. All fees will be clearly displayed before purchase completion. We reserve the right to limit license quantities per transaction to ensure fair access for all customers.

Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances: • Duplicate charges due to technical errors • Failed downloads that cannot be resolved by support Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary by financial institution. If a pack has not been downloaded, refund requests may be considered at our discretion.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Resell or redistribute tone packs without authorization • Use automated tools or bots to purchase licenses • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the service • Impersonate any person or entity • Submit false or misleading information

All content on Mainstage, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mainstage or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Mainstage provides digital tone packs and performance rigs. We are not responsible for: • Third-party hardware, controllers, or audio interfaces • Incompatibilities caused by unsupported system configurations • Live performance outcomes or usage decisions Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant license.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mainstage, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our platform.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
